My favourite thing to do in life is help women get to the root of their persistent and frustrating eating challenges.  Why?  Because first: you deserve to finally get off the soul-sucking diet wagon.  Second: you deserve to feel nourished and supported by food.  And third: you deserve to feel frickin awesome in your body! (Because if you were like I was when I struggled with food, your body is paying the price) Because life is too short to still be struggling with this, am I right?!  (You know I’m right ;))
